We are looking for a HR Officer to join our amaZing team (located in Sydney)!
This role would be supporting our HR Manager managing the below functions:
- **Key Responsibilities**
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Implement recruitment strategy and channel to fill up the vacancies within a reasonable timeframe
- Lead recruitment process and drive continuous improvements
- Assist with headcount requirement evaluations and job scoping
- Support onboarding process to provide a positive employee experience to new joiners
- Monitor the onboarding completion rate through internal system
HR Operations
- Provide advice to Management team in related to HR matters
- Support to review and update HR policies & procedures
- Manage E-portal platform to keep our HR news updates
- Maintain the performance management system
- Maintain HRIS, reporting and data management
- Assist with HR cyclical activities
- Ensure programs and projects are completed within agreed timeframes and deadline dates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
C&B;
- Assist with the annual salary review process
- Prepare monthly payroll / Address payroll related queries
- Review payroll, benefit and income tax filing prepared by the payroll outsourcing partner
L&D;
- Assist with coordinating the local training requirements to support the people development initiatives
- Identify and develop the local talent to support future business needs
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
- Competent in MS Office
- Minimum three years' experience in HR Coordinator / Administrator role with payroll scope
- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines to achieve business outcomes
- Ability to work in an workplace that requires sensitivity and confidentiality, professionalism and integrity
- First rate attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
