About the Role
We're looking for a Paid Performance Specialist to own and scale our paid media across Meta and Google. You'll manage significant monthly budgets, build and test creative frameworks, and drive qualified leads directly into our sales pipeline.
If you've scaled campaigns past $100k/month and know how to work with Meta's Andromeda system to maximise creative performance — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
* Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
* Manage and optimise budgets exceeding $100,000/month
* Build creative-first strategies that work with Meta's Andromeda delivery system
* Develop and test creative frameworks at volume — hooks, angles, formats, messaging themes
* Track CPL, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates across all activity
* Manage pixel health, Conversions API (CAPI), and tracking infrastructure
* Identify audience opportunities and scale winning concepts systematically
* Analyse performance data and surface actionable insights
What We're Looking For
* Proven hands‐on Meta Ads experience — from setup to scale
* Solid Google Ads experience (Search, Display, Performance Max)
* Up to date with Meta's Andromeda update and what it means for creative strategy
* Track record managing $100k+ per month in ad spend
* Strong analytical mindset across Ads Manager, GA4, and spreadsheets
* Experience with pixel setup, CAPI, and conversion tracking
* Self‐directed and accountable — you own your numbers
* Finance, fintech, or lead gen experience is a strong advantage
