About the role – Event Planner
The Event Planner plays a crucial role in delivering seamless event experiences by effectively communicating with customers and internal teams. You will partner with clients to ensure timely, coordinated event planning, responding promptly to requests and feedback.
Your responsibilities will include conducting site inspections, pre-conference meetings, and event debriefs while maintaining high standards of documentation. Collaborating closely with operations departments, you will brief Delivery Managers, prepare event orders and floor plans, and ensure accuracy in all materials.

What you are here to do
* Partner with customers through the seamless, coordinated, timely communication of event information and venue requirements.
* Respond promptly to customer requests and feedback.
* Conduct site inspections, pre‑conference meetings and event debriefs.
* Prepare event orders, floor plans and other written information in detail as required for each allocated event.
* Brief the allocated Delivery Managers for each event.
* Provide customers with an experience that meets or exceeds their expectations.
* Understand the role that interaction with clients plays in achieving revenue targets.
What you will need
* You work efficiently and remain composed in pressure situations.
* You effectively and collaboratively engage with stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page, understands the customers' requirements and knows the role they will play in delivering a great event.
* You have demonstrated experience in planning multi‑faceted events including exhibitions, shows and conferences, across varying sizes, scopes and venues.
* You have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate the planning of multiple events concurrently.
* You work collaboratively in a team environment.
