We are hiring for Visual Inspection Technician in our manufacturing Visual Inspection department at Broadmeadows site. Reporting to Production Supervisor, Visual Inspection & Packing, you will conduct visual inspection of empty bottles and semi‐finished products and perform related activities within the Visual Inspection area.
This role will rotate between morning (6:30 am – 2:30 pm) and afternoon (2 pm – 10 pm) shifts. Occasional overtime work may be required, so flexibility across the team is necessary.
The Role
* Conduct activities to meet the Master Production Schedule and forecasted product demand
* Assist in troubleshooting day‐to‐day issues
* Support process development and innovation within the Visual Inspection area
* Identify improvements in documentation to ensure compliance
* Ensure duties are conducted in a GMP‐compliant manner
* Ensure all work and product is appropriately status‐labelled
* Complete batch documentation timely and in line with predefined quality requirements and standards
To Be Successful
* Preferred tertiary qualification in science/engineering or relevant experience (minimum of VCE)
* Strong communication and relationship skills
* Knowledge of cGMP
* Laboratory or manufacturing experience is highly regarded
* Knowledge of blood products or a relevant field
* Ability to maintain attention to detail in relation to product and process quality
