Infrastructure Project Manager Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities to ensure compliance with key project requirements.
* Lead and support a team of engineers to deliver projects according to quality, safety, environmental, and budget specifications.
* Monitor project progress and performance against plans and contracts.
* Review and manage contractor communications, claims, variations, and time extensions.
* Evaluate adherence to contract specifications, approvals, and legislative requirements.
* Assist with risk and issue management, and participate in project audits and quality reviews.
* Maintain effective document control and reporting systems.
* Provide technical advice on construction methods, traffic control, work programs, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification in engineering or a related discipline, along with proven experience as a Project Engineer in large civil infrastructure projects. They should also have experience working with government procurement processes and proficiency in project planning and scheduling software.
