As a qualified Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering essential services in the Bendigo region. You'll be responsible for providing focused home-based services for older clientele (65+) with a variety of health conditions, accessing services through their Home Care Package (HCP). Our service is built on a foundation of innovation, focusing on clients' strengths, goal-directed interventions, and maximizing independence and autonomy. You will work autonomously, managing your own caseload, but will have access to regular one-to-one clinical supervision and support from the Clinical Lead of Occupational Therapy. We also provide generous financial support for professional development, enabling you to expand your skills and knowledge in your chosen areas of interest. About you:You are a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist with excellent clinical skills, committed to continuous learning and delivering best practice.
