Job Description
The role of a Delivery Manager is to oversee the execution of projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and developing strategies to improve delivery processes.
A successful Delivery Manager will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to senior executives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT service management (ITSM) tools, such as ServiceNow, and a strong understanding of Agile project methodologies. They will be familiar with industry standards, such as ITIL, and have experience in implementing and improving service management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
* 5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably with ServiceNow
* 10 years of experience in leading delivery teams or similar Agile/Operations teams
* Excellent stakeholder management and prioritization skills
* Experience in developing and implementing systems, processes, and procedures to meet business requirements end-to-end
* Relevant industry certifications, such as ITIL ServiceNow CSA/Servicenow CIS etc.
