Prestige Auto traders Mansfield are looking for a pre-delivery professional to assist in overseeing the smooth preparation and delivery of all vehicles. The pre-delivery department is integral to our customer experience, ensuring vehicles are received promptly and presented to the highest standard.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the Pre delivery Manager in the running of the Pre Delivery Department
- Reconditioning of vehicles
- Check in and process keys, vehicle documentation, and arrival of new stock
- Prepare and raise Repair Orders for vehicle deliveries
- Allocate work orders to technicians efficiently
- Raise and manage sublet purchase orders
- Conduct periodic quality control inspections to uphold high standards
- Finalise and cost repair orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Liaising with Sales staff to ensure promised date of vehicle delivery is met
- Liaising with third party suppliers to ensure promised date of vehicle delivery is met
- Closing and costing of repair orders
