Your Role

A new Vinnies store is opening on busy Balmain Street in Sydney's Inner West, easily accessible by public transport. You will be a vital part of a retail team working to establish and grow the store's presence in the community and succeed in a competitive retail environment. Your drive to achieve sales goals and your ability to perform tasks effectively are essential for success in this role.
Your Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
* Replenish stock on the sales floor
* Assist with visual merchandising using your creative flair
* Sort and price items according to Vinnies' guidelines
* Contribute to achieving the store's sales targets
You Will Need
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Energetic drive to support the team in reaching sales goals
* Understanding of fashion and trends
