Service Manager Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the overall running of services and minor works delivery.
About the Position
* Lead and manage service delivery across reactive and preventative maintenance works.
* Coordinate labour, resources, and materials for service operations.
* Drive productivity and performance across service teams.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Deliver accurate costing, quoting, and tender responses.
* Ensure projects meet compliance, safety, and quality standards.
* Analyse performance trends and implement improvements.
* Report on budgets, labour, and service outcomes.
About You
* Trade-qualified in electrical or equivalent.
* Extensive experience in electrical service delivery and minor works.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
* Commercial and technical acumen.
* Familiarity with simPRO (or similar systems).
* Full, unrestricted driver's licence.
