Duties and Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and letter.
* Perform various administrative duties as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
* Verify accuracy and completeness against established guidelines or templates.
* Offer support to colleagues in achieving their goals.
* Develop and maintain databases, lists, and documentation.
