We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our team at a luxurious restaurant operation with 300+ seats located overlooking beautiful Lake Macquarie.
Responsibilities
* Managing reservations, greeting customers, and presenting menus and beverage lists.
* Arranging tables; recommending dishes and wines.
* Communicating food orders to chefs and assisting in the kitchen.
* Processing payments and operating POS machines and cash registers.
* Maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.
Requirements
* A relevant qualification or work experience in a similar position.
* The ability to handle a busy section with multiple sittings per day.
* Being well-presented and well-spoken, reliable and honest.
