Office hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday and onsite parking is available as part of the remuneration package.
This is a busy position and as the Director of First Impressions, you will be required to:
- Answer telephones and greet clients in a professional manner
- Manage files, opening, closing and archiving
- Type from digital dictation
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail, banking and errands
- Assist lawyers and secretarial staff
- Carry out general reception duties
The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent presentation
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and work with mínimal supervision
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong MS Office and typing skills
- General knowledge of Xero
- Sound time management skills
**Salary**: Up to $47,000.00 per year
