Offer description

Seeking a motivated Banking Professional to perform various banking transactions, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process customer transactions with professionalism and courtesy
2. Handle customer complaints and work towards resolution
3. Perform data entry to complete reporting requirements
4. Maintain currency and coin requirements, limitations, regulations, and provisions
5. Maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
6. Know the identity of customers to reduce fraud and risk of loss
7. Demonstrate knowledge and expertise of basic banking functions
8. Support company standards and confidentiality guidelines
9. Back-up Drive-Thru Teller: ensure transactions are completed quickly and efficiently
10. Maintain strict confidentiality and security of cash under supervision
11. Follow policies and procedures as defined by management
12. Cross-sell products and services
13. Assist with customer phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
14. Perform other duties as required by management
15. Participate in special assignments as needed

Requirements:

* Satisfactory credit and criminal background check

Skills and Physical Demands:

Skills:

* Proficient in basic computer operations, typing efficiently, and counting large sums of money
* Good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, organization skills, problem-solving, decision-making, sense of urgency, and strong work ethic

Physical Demands:

* Regular talking and hearing
* Standing or sitting for extended periods, with some walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing
* Occasional light lifting up to 50 lbs
* Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
