Raiz is seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist. We want you to bring your passion for people, customer experience, and user experience to help us continue making our award-winning app and services the best they can be.

- **Onboarding Assistance**: Guide new Raiz customers through the onboarding and account approval process.
- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Research and troubleshoot technical issues, reporting bugs and suggesting feature improvements.
- **Strategic Input**: Recommend new features, partnerships, and communication strategies.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain customer and partner relationships through training and support.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with the Raiz team on strategic growth and operations.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all relevant laws and Raiz's policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

It allows users to round up their daily purchases and automatically invest into a low-cost, diversified portfolio of exchange-traded funds offered by some of the world's top asset managers (including BlackRock, Russell & State Street). Launched in Australia in February 2016, Raiz provides a simple entry-point using the Raiz app on iPhone or Android. Customers accumulate fractional shares in one of seven portfolios constructed by world-renowned Nobel Laureate economist Dr. Harry Markowitz, or in our Australia-first Customised Portfolio. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $61,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
