About The Role
We are looking for a hands‐on, practical all‐rounder to join our workshop team, replacing a long‐standing employee who is moving on.
This is NOT repetitive, mundane production‐line work. Instead, you will enjoy a high‐variety role that keeps you engaged across multiple areas of production.
Key Responsibilities
* Component welding and custom fabrication
* Hands‐on product assembly, finishing, and meticulous quality control detail work
* General workshop duties and collaborating with the wider production team
* Practical problem‐solving to ensure every fireplace leaves the workshop meeting our high standards
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding and general fabrication
* Trade qualification or equivalent practical experience
* A rock‐solid work ethic, reliability, and real pride in your workmanship
* A flexible \"can‐do\" attitude and willingness to pitch in across the workshop wherever required
* Experience with finishing and quality control is preferred
