Pearl Farm Hand
Our Pearl Farm is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Pearl Farm Hand. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the world's most spectacular coastlines and marine environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marine growth removal from pearl shell
* Husbandry of the shell and general shell care
* Maintenance of associated infrastructure
* Assistance with vessel maintenance and cleaning
* Loading and unloading stores, cargo, and equipment
* Basic rope handling and knot training
Requirements:
* Manual labor, marine, or agricultural work experience
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical, fitness test, and drug and alcohol screen
* National police clearance or ability to obtain
* Comfortable working in remote areas and close quarters
