About The Role

Join our team as a Legal Support Administrator and play a key role in supporting our Family & Relationship Law team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the legal industry, with training provided and exposure to a broad range of administrative and legal tasks. We offer a hybrid work model that supports flexibility while prioritising the needs of our clients and team. This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to work from home on remaining days where it best supports collaboration, service delivery, and team outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Managing diaries and coordinating schedules for multiple fee earners
* Acting as a first point of contact - triaging calls and correspondence
* Liaising with clients, courts, counsel and other stakeholders
* Drafting and formatting basic correspondence and court documents
* Preparing and collating court documents, annexures and briefs (including e‐briefs)
* Filing and serving documents with courts
* Maintaining accurate electronic files and databases
* Undertaking property and ASIC searches
* Supporting billing, time recording and general administration
* Assisting with dictation, document editing and proofreading
About You
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Legal Studies/Services (or working towards)
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe
* High attention to detail and robust written communication skills
* Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
* A proactive approach with strong problem‐solving skills
* Confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders
* A genuine interest in building a long‐term career in legal administration (this role is part of the legal support career pathway and is not open to current law students)
