* To troubleshoot complex IT issues related to Microsoft Cloud solutions including Office 365, Azure, Intune etc.,;to identify root causes of problems using analytical tools such as Event Viewer on Windows Server;
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams consisting mainly of other tech engineers.
