Our call to you : We regularly seek talented and experienced paralegals, law clerks and solicitors across Australia to work in our compensation and loss recovery law practices, where you’ll be on the frontline as we doggedly seek justice. Reporting to a Legal Practice Manager, you’ll champion our clients by:
Working in a team of experienced solicitors to prepare matters for conferences and hearings.
Effectively assessing claims, including liability and quantum.
Cultivating strong relationships with our clients through exceptional communication and clear management of expectations.
Preparing legal documentation with a high degree of detail, and running a file load with a keen level of commercial and fiscal awareness.
What you’ll bring : Significant experience as a paralegal, law clerk or solicitor within a personal injury practice; a strong understanding of relevant legislation and ability to interpret legal documentation; an innate ability to question and challenge the status quo; commitment to connect with others and deliver exceptional results; passion, motivation and enthusiasm to contribute to our culture.
