About The RoleWe're looking for a commercially minded Account Manager to join our fast-paced, rapidly scaling team on the Sydney Northern Beaches.
In this role, you'll drive restaurant success on the EatClub platform — optimising partner performance, strengthening retention, and contributing directly to portfolio revenue growth.This isn't your standard AM role.
You'll consult on pricing strategy, operational improvements, data insights, and venue performance — driving changes that have a real impact on a restaurant's bottom line.You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams, reporting into a Regional Manager, and supporting venues across the Northern Beaches from Manly to Palm Beach.About EatClubEatClub is a fast-growing Australian tech company helping restaurants unlock untapped revenue through dynamic pricing and AI-driven promotional tools.

It's an exciting time to join.What You'll Be DoingManage a portfolio of Northern Beaches restaurants as their trusted advisorUse platform data and insights to help venues optimise performance and maximise revenueGuide restaurants through setup, onboarding, activation and ongoing performance cyclesIdentify and drive commercial growth opportunities (feature adoption, integrations, marketing packages)Monitor venue performance and intervene early to support long-term successProvide tailored support and build high-trust, long-term relationshipsCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations teams to enhance the partner experienceWho You AreA natural communicator and relationship builder with strong commercial instinctsAnalytical and comfortable turning data into meaningful insightsThrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where no two days are the sameCurious about food, tech, hospitality and how data can drive real-world outcomesProactive, organised and motivated to own outcomes for your venuesWhat You'll Need1–3 years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success or SalesExperience working to retention, satisfaction or revenue targetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA collaborative, team-first mentalityAbility to work independently and manage your time effectivelyA car and licence (this is a field-based role with regular travel to venues across the Northern Beaches)Experience in hospitality, tech, or marketplaces is a bonusStand Out With a Loom VideoWant to rise to the top of the shortlist?
