About the Role
You will support a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and drafters with a passion for digital delivery, working on projects across a diverse range of infrastructure and development projects. Your role will focus on core civil engineering disciplines, including roadworks, stormwater drainage & flooding, earthworks, pavements, water and sewerage infrastructure for key clients across Defence, Transport, Water Resources, Urban Development, Health, Mining and Resource industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Urban Development Principles: Understanding site planning and servicing
* Ability to work across multiple, interrelated disciplines such as infrastructure layout, earthworks design, pavements, and stormwater drainage
* Familiarity with site grading and level design
* Basic knowledge of sewer and water reticulation
* Exposure to or willingness to learn civil design software (e.g. Civil 3D, 12d, AutoCAD)
* Understanding of construction documentation and civil deliverables (plans, specifications, schedules)
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering judgement to real-world design constraints
* Comfortable collaborating with other disciplines (structural, architectural, geotechnical)
* Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and design reporting

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Civil Engineering is required.
* Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and graduated before starting the program.
* Commencement: You must be able to commence work immediately.
