Key Role Responsibilities
* Drive the development, deployment and implementation of a comprehensive Management System framework to ensure seamless integration of all organisational systems.
* Collaborate closely with Systems and Technology teams on Management System implementation in line with broader strategic objectives and existing technology platforms.
* Contribute to ongoing improvement of core business and management processes and adapt as necessary to meet evolving organisational needs.
* Translate business requirements into potential Management System solutions using knowledge of best practices, ISO standards, process architecture and implementation expertise.
* E nsure compliance with organisational policies, standards and guidelines relating to the Management System framework and provide guidance and support to stakeholders as required.
* Develop and update plans, processes and other documentation to ensure effective Management System implementation and utilisation.

Desired Candidate Profile
* Postgraduate qualification(s) in Quality Management, Change Management, HSEQ Management or 5+ years relevant Business Improvement experience.
* Practical experience in Management System development, process architecture, Quality Management or Change Management in large complex organisations.
* Experience developing and implementing tailored Management Systems, business processes and technology solutions.
* Proven ability to lead and work with multi-disciplined teams and multiple stakeholders, building positive relationships.
* Knowledge and experience managing Management Systems, Safety Management and Quality systems compliant with relevant ISO and Australian standards.
* Positive, self-driven and professional with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
