Junior Account Service Coordinator Role
This is a dynamic and exciting role for an organised individual who can support client service and content coordination across multiple teams.
* The primary responsibility of this position will be to act as the first point of contact for general enquiries, emails, and phone calls.
* Monitor and manage shared inboxes to ensure prompt responses to clients.
* Process supplier invoices, raise purchase orders (POs), and track costs to maintain accurate financial records.
* Assist with client invoicing, quote sourcing, and coordination of WIP meetings to ensure smooth operations.
* Organise travel, team events, and support with SLT expenses to facilitate effective communication.
* Support website checks, magazine mail outs, and general admin filing to maintain a well-organised workspace.
* Write internal communications and assist content editors with research and fact-checking to improve content quality.
* Provide content and operational support and administrative services to senior account service and content leads across the agency.
* Assist in the smooth running of key accounts and agency functions across multiple teams to ensure successful outcomes.
