**The role** 
The objective of an Administrator is to assist in the administration of contracts and other legal administration for the Symal Legal Team. 
- Assist in the preparation of a range of legal documents, including assisting with drafting subcontracts, project commercial roadmaps, and preparing training sessions for Symal staff. 
- Provide legal administrative support to the Senior Legal Counsel and other Legal Counsels. 
- Manage incoming calls and mail with respect to legal matters, including drafting responses for review by the Senior Legal Counsel. 
- Manage the group's contract registers ensuring all executed agreements are saved and filed in line with company policy
**About you** 
- Experience in the construction sector is preferred but not essential 
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence 
- Understanding of general construction law principles 
- Ability to liaise with people at all levels, including senior management 
- High levels of attention to detail, being able to proofread and check your work preparing documents, letters and contracts 
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality
