Capgemini Graduate Program, Early ****: Engineering & Design Consulting
Capgemini is looking for engineering consultants in all disciplines, including software, who desire to be at the forefront of projects that help the digital meet the physical.
We are also looking for:
Talented designers across industrial design (preferred) or design engineering with strong competency of SolidWorks, CAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
Rendering tools such as Keyshot (main), Blender, After Effects, Unreal Engine, Midjourney, Firefly are preferred but not required.
Electrical engineers with a knack for embedded firmware.

What will you be doing?
In the yearlong graduate program, you'll be shown the ropes through foundation masterclasses.
Depending on your skill set you'll then be doing project work – it could be software development, organisational change management or business analysis.
You'll be on real projects, contributing to our clients' complex business and technology challenges.

Eligibility and Application
To be considered you must satisfy:
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last 2 years.
Be able to commence full-time work from early ****.
Strong communication skills, resilience and outstanding customer service ethic.

Application requires a cover letter outlining your preferred consulting types (e.g., Data Analytics, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Organisational Change Management, IT Application Consulting, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Full-stack development, Cloud AWS/Azure) and preferred working location(s) (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart).
Also state your visa status (Citizen, Permanent resident, 485 working visa holder, or other with details).
Recruitment Timeline
The program begins Early **** (exact date TBC in February–March).
Selection interviews will be conducted from late December **** to early February ****, with outcomes communicated by March ****.
