About the Role:
The Office Administrator will provide critical support to ensure smooth operational processes.
This role involves managing schedules in Assigner, reviewing compliance documentation, responding to emails, and overseeing timesheets and job booking information.
The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and document control practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and update schedules in Assigner to ensure accuracy and timely adjustments.
Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders promptly.
Review compliance documents for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain proper document control and filing systems.
Respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve scheduling or compliance issues.
Review timesheets for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Verify job booking information and ensure proper documentation.
Support other administrative tasks as required to maintain operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Strong understanding of document control processes.
Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Assigner) preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
25 hours per week (flexible schedule to meet operational needs).
