Position Overview
As a Relationship Manager at CMC Markets, you'll be responsible for providing a continuous daily mix of exceptional service, relationship management and business development. The role also includes provision of execution services and risk management to the most valuable clients of CMC. By achieving this high level of service, the desired aim is to maximise client retention, build long‐lasting client relationships, and grow CMC's business through client referrals. You'll act as a bridge between the general retail and premium clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of high‐value clients, delivering personalised service that transforms trading relationships into long‐term partnerships.
* Handle sophisticated enquiries through phone and email, providing expert product knowledge that helps clients maximise their platform usage.
* Maintain strict service level agreements while ensuring every interaction reflects CMC's commitment to excellence.
* Educate clients on our comprehensive product range and platform capabilities.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Dealing and Business Operations, to ensure seamless client experiences.
* Participate in client entertainment events, including some evening and weekend commitments.

Qualifications
We are seeking a results‐driven, client‐focused professional with over three years of experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service. The successful applicant will possess a strong grasp of global financial markets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in target‐driven settings.
