Overview
Brisbane is moving - and so are we. With a strong pipeline of work across office, retail, hospitality and health, we're growing our Site Management team to deliver some of the best projects in the market.
You'll take full ownership of site delivery - running projects day-to-day from mobilisation through to handover. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for keeping the site safe, organised, and moving to programme, while maintaining the high standard of finish our clients expect.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and consultants to coordinate trades, manage sequencing, and ensure everything on site is set up for success. From managing logistics and site activity to resolving issues before they escalate, you'll play a key role in delivering projects that are built right the first time.

Your Experience
* 5+ years experience managing commercial fitout projects
* Experience across workplace, retail, hospitality or health sectors
* A trade qualification in a relevant construction discipline
* Experience coordinating subcontractors, site logistics and sequencing
* Strong ability to read drawings and ensure high workmanship standards
* First Aid & CPR certification (Mandatory)
* White Card (Mandatory)
* Valid driver's licence (Mandatory)
