Led by Next Gen, ACGoulding is an Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services HVAC Company and a Registered Electrical Contractor for going on 40 years. We work on a variety of projects from Large Office Buildings to Industrial Factory Offices and process plants.
Mechanical and Electrical Engineers who design from bottom up the complete turnkey installation. This includes the manufacture of Mechanical Services Control Boards and programming and commissioning the controls.
Most systems installed are based on making building more efficient so you are taking a major part in making the world greener and cleaner.
The right person will be part of a next generation, close knit team who are keen to see better outcomes derived for the collaboration of progressive ideas.
Minimum 5+ years of electrical engineering experience required.
Australian work rights essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Lead the team to analyse the brief and specifications required for the project and create the most cost effective, conforming and dependable solution.
* Design the MSSB and Control board, select control devices and order all equipment.
* Create accurate and clearly defined control diagrams that will result in control systems that will achieve the requirements of the plant processors.
* Size and specify (ready to order) all MSSB supply CBs, contactors, relays, Cable sizes and types to enable easy procurement.
* Include Manufacturers (Mitsubishi, Daikin, Fujitsu) AC control equipment to achieve simplest controls solutions for the installation.
* Essential HVAC controls experience required for designing control systems and selecting appropriate control devices.
* Liaise with board and equipment manufacturers.
* Program the Controllers with guidance and training from Manufacturers.
* Provide assistance to field technicians and site electricians working on our projects.
