Key responsibilities
Deliver win-win solutions that meet both the bank's and customers' objectives, developing an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals.
Educate and support customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as our offerings continue to evolve.
Guide customers through personalised lending solutions, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options to help them achieve their goals.
Continuously learn and develop in a supportive environment with on-the-job training and other learning opportunities.
Build connections, support our customers, give back, and contribute to making our communities better while enjoying the work.
What you'll bring to the role
Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs.
Confidence to communicate face-to-face and over the phone with new and existing customers.
Ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.

Experience in consumer lending is a plus but not essential.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, full-time position located in Townsville Central.
The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
