About the Role:
* CrowdStrike is seeking a professional to lead the sales team in Australia and New Zealand. The leader will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a high-performance sales team focusing on growing revenues and increasing market share.
* The team will target commercial and SMB business segments across the region, covering both existing and new customers.
The leader will develop and execute a sales strategy to maximise opportunities for the company, ensuring growth in bookings and annual recurring revenue year-over-year.
Responsibilities:
* Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales team
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenues and increase market share
* Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, channels, sales development, sales engineering, and executives
* Maintain focus on daily activities and effectively set priorities
Requirements:
* Proven successful career in sales and sales management within security or complex SaaS
* Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, manage, and grow a high-performance sales function
* Strong strategic vision and execution
* Ability to articulate and position the value proposition to senior-level executives and cascade down to the sales team
