Act as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and design intent. The Successful ApplicantA successful Architect Director should have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 20+ years of professional experience within leading international or regional architecture design firms in UAE Proven experience delivering luxury / high‐end complex developments including hospitality, hotels, palaces, mixed‐use, commercial, and premium residential projects. Strong design leadership experience managing large architectural teams and complex project portfolios. Background exclusively with top‐tier architecture design consultancies in Dubai or the GCC. Demonstrated career stability, with a consistent track record of long‐term tenure and progression within organizations. Strong client‐facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to guide projects from concept to delivery.
