The role
Dragon Australia is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our industry leading team in managing our growing residential book. We have an award-winning reputation for excellence in property services, with a strong focus on the Chinese community located in the heart of Chinatown, Haymarket.

What you'll bring
- Demonstrated experience and proven track record in property management, with a current certificate of registration
- Professional language fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
- A current driver's license and your own vehicle - car parking and petrol allowance is provided by the company
- Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills when dealing with customers
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to think effectively on your feet
- Most importantly, a positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude
What you'll do
- Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, including advertising, leasing, tenant management, property inspections, and coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Proactively communicate with tenants and landlords to address any issues and provide high-quality, solution-focused care
- Effectively manage the pipeline, bringing in new clients and properties, and finding high-quality tenants for existing properties
- Maintain accurate accounting records and property documentation to comply with relevant legislation and regulations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the property management team

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
