We're looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join our team, but we also welcome graduates and undergraduates who are keen to start their career in public practice. If you've got an interest in agricultural business, even better you might have grown up on a farm or simply understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.

The role
You'll work side-by-side with an experienced Client Manager who knows the value of being supported early in your career, she was given the same opportunity when she started, and now she's ready to pay it forward.
From the start, you'll have your own portfolio of clients, with guidance every step of the way. You'll also have the chance to work directly with our Managing Director, providing accounting support for unique, high-level advisory work like estate and succession planning for large family groups.

What we're looking for

* Have strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
* Are curious about business and committed to building your career in public practice
* Bring knowledge or interest in agriculture (highly regarded, but not essential)
Experience in public practice is an advantage, but not essential for grads or undergrads, full training is provided.

* Location: Esperance office
* Hours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered
* Flexibility: Some work-from-home available after 6 months of training
* Software: Xero, MYOB, Agrimaster, and others, we'll train you
