We're growing our team and seeking passionate Day Spa Therapists, someone who would love to advance their skills and work alongside dedicated team members that take pride in creating memorable treatment experiences for our guests.
A day in the life
Working alongside our experienced management team, our Therapists are responsible for ensuring a high level of service with all treatments performing a variety of treatments such as facial therapies, spa treatments and relaxation massage. You'll assist our guest with queries and have an in-depth knowledge of all treatments and products.
Additionally, you'll assist with reception duties by answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing payments and booking members and guests for appointments.
