Our client is a well respected and progressive Overseas Education, Visa and Migration Agency. They are looking for an energetic and resourceful Business Development Executive to help grow their client base and strengthen their market presence.
The Role
The RoleThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with partners and clients, and promoting the agency's migration services. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people access migration opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and referral partnerships
* Build and maintain relationships with education agents, employers, and community networks
* Promote the agency's migration services through networking, events, and digital channels
* Conduct initial client consultations and assess potential migration pathways
* Work closely with migration agents and internal teams to convert leads into clients
* Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions
* Achieve and exceed business development targets
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build partnerships and maintain long-term professional relationships
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
* Experience in migration, education, or international recruitment industries is highly desirable
* Knowledge of Australian migration pathways is an advantage
* Strong organisational and CRM management skills
