We have Coordinator opportunities in **East Fremantle **and **Ardross**.
**About the role**
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

**About the schools**
**East Fremantle** - a small existing service with an opportunity to build your preferred team around you. 12 kids in before school care, and 20 in after school care.
**Ardross** - beautiful service in a classroom attached to a sensory garden 15 kids in before school care and 30 in after school care, this service has existing regular Educators to support.
**Who are we looking for?**
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
- Australian work rights
