The opportunity
Our client is a consumer electronics manufacturer looking to bring on board a Materials & Dispatch Coordinator, to join their Burwood site on a 12 month full-time contract.
On offer is $30 inclusive hourly + Superannuation
About the role:
Our International Repairs team is part of the Solutions business covering the Australia and New Zealand region. We are a professional repair services team that delivers Land Mobile Radio repair. We provide world-class service to meet and exceed customer expectations. Restoring customer confidence at the moment that matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Booking in repairs units from customer after receiving from receiving department
2. Booking out completed repairs and send to shipping department per the daily cut-off time.
3. Track, record and trace all repairs shipped from the Service Centre
4. Managing accessories warranty replacement from booking in, packing replacement & booking out.
5. Liaising with the customer care team to validate accessories warranty replacement when required.
6. Ensure repairs are promptly and accurately logged and allocated
7. Carry out Cycle counts and pick materials as required
8. Allocate material for consumption to the repair floor
9. Communicate effectively with the Site Lead, Operation Control Tower and other members of Supply Chain team to ensure operational goals and targets are met.
10. Procurement, processing purchase orders and processing of invoices
11. Material unpacking, storing, cycle counting, stock taking and store maintenance
12. Carry out any other ad hoc duties/tasks that arise at the request of the supervisor/manager, in order to meet the operational requirements.
About you
13. Full Australian Work right are needed to be eligible
14. Prior experience in a warehouse environment
15. Strong written and verbal communication skills
