We're on the hunt for a warm, professional Client Care Concierge to be the welcoming smile at the heart of our hospital. In this role, you'll make every client feel fur-tunate to be here, keep visits running smoothly, and help create a paw-fect experience from arrival to farewell. Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and support clients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
* Guide clients through check in, consultation, and discharge processes.
* Maintain a calm, organised, and professional reception area.
* Process payments, assist with appointment coordination, and manage client follow up.
* Support senior management with marketing, promotions, and policy development.
* Assist in organising workflow and ensuring operational efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with our veterinary and nursing teams to provide a consistent, high quality client experience.
* Focus exclusively on in person service: No phone answering That's handled by our amazing offshore client service team, so you can focus entirely on the clients in front of you.

About You
* Genuine passion for working with people and animals.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain composed and courteous under pressure.
* Proven ability to manage tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Professional presentation and a confident, approachable manner.
* Previous experience in high level customer service or veterinary environments (highly regarded).
* Able to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
* Flexible to work on a rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
