With the recent acquisition of the Coffs Coast Motor Group and a growing portfolio of world-class brands Porsche, Jaguar Land Rover, BYD, Ford, Kia, Isuzu, TMJ and Coastal Car Co., we're building a marketing team that's ready to scale.This newly created role is your chance to take genuine ownership of digital performance across multiple brands.We are seeking someone who knows their craft, takes initiative, and is hungry to drive real results.You'll work closely with our Group Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant at our Gold Coast Head Office, shaping how digital marketing evolves across the group.You will lead paid media and digital marketing initiatives, including campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO strategy, marketing automation, email marketing, and performance reporting.While your primary focus will be digital growth, experience with traditional paid media, social media management and CRM will be a bonus.If you're ready for variety, responsibility, and working closely with some of the largest automotive brands – keep reading.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media GrowthPlan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platformsOwn budgets, targeting, and performance optimisation to maximise ROIIdentify growth opportunities based on audience behaviour and channel performanceDigital Marketing SEOLead SEO strategy including audits, keyword research, content briefs, and backlink initiativesWrite and optimise website copy to support brand visibility and campaign goalsAssist with social content planning and implementationCRM AutomationManage CRM communications including SMS / email campaigns, customer segmentation, automation workflows, and reporting.Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure CRM data accuracy and campaign alignment.Analytics TrackingImplement tracking tags / pixels via GA4, GTM, and platform toolsBuild performance dashboards and deliver clear monthly insightsEnsure accuracy of marketing data and attributionWebsite eCommerce SupportCoordinate content updates, landing pages, and promotional bannersManage our TJM Shopify store product listings, visuals, and pricingWork with external web partners on UX improvements and overall site healthCollaboration SupportWork closely with the Group Marketing Manager on strategy implementation and brand positioning.Support event campaigns and activations through digital promotion, RSVP management systems, and post-event reporting.Key SkillsExperience: 3+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in automotive, retail, or agency environments.Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, CRM / EDM platforms, and Shopify.Confident managing your own campaigns end-to-end.Comfortable juggling multiple brands and priorities without dropping the ball.A clear communicator with strong copywriting and attention to detail.A strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into action.Process-driven and proactive.Why You'll Love It HereWork with globally recognised brands and passionate dealership teams.Real autonomy – you'll own your channels and drive results.Opportunities to attend brand events, launches, and high-profile activations.A role you can shape, evolve, and make your own.Ready to Apply?
