CLEANING SUPERVISOR

About The Role
The Cleaning Supervisor role ensures the Cairns Convention Centre is maintained to a high standard of presentation. Working as part of the Facilities Management team and reporting to the Facilities Management Director, this position leads a small cleaning team and is highly hands on. The successful applicant will be actively involved in the day-to-day cleaning operations.
Key Responsibilities Include
Providing supervision to a small cleaning teamRostering and training cleaning team membersDeveloping, implementing and maintaining effective cleaning programs and schedules for the CentreManaging the ordering, safe storage and correct handling of cleaning supplies and chemicalsActively assisting with day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards are consistently met
