Overview

This is a remote part time position (20 hours per week). The role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate financial management, and compliance with NDIS requirements, for Set Up My Offshore.

Job Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions
Assist with payroll processing and timesheet management
Monitor and manage NDIS claims, ensuring accuracy in billing and compliance with NDIS guidelines
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
Administration
Maintain accurate records, filing, and documentation (digital and hard copy)
Support compliance by maintaining up-to-date policies, procedures, and records as required under NDIS standards
Manage correspondence (email, phone, letters) with participants, providers, and stakeholders
Assist with onboarding new staff, including record-keeping and compliance checks
Provide general office support, including scheduling, data entry, and reporting

Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not essential with experience)
Understanding of NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements (desirable)
Proven experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or finance administration (NDIS experience highly regarded)
Solid knowledge of Xero, MYOB, or other accounting software
Familiarity with NDIS billing, claims, and compliance requirements (desirable)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
