Requirements
* Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
* A confident, hands-on approach and a passion for leading from the front.
* Experience developing high-performing teams and inspiring a culture of excellence.
* Strong operational expertise in rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
* Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Skilled in building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
