They're a tight-knit, fast-moving engineering team building a modern platform and they're now looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to own reliability across the product.

The Role You'll step in as the quality lead, setting the strategy and raising the bar across testing, automation, and CI/CD.
You'll work closely with engineers, shape robust testing practices, and help ensure that features ship fast without compromising stability.
Key Responsibilities Define and embed the quality strategy, release criteria, and test metrics.
Strengthen CI/CD pipelines and ensure fast, reliable feedback loops.
Enhance frontend reliability through visual regression and Cypress/Playwright testing.
Build strong API, backend, and contract tests, including resilience checks.
Own load/performance testing across critical flows.
Use observability (logs, metrics, traces) to design realistic test scenarios.
Validate authentication, RBAC, and multi-tenant security behaviour.
Coach engineers through pairing, feedback, and clear testing approaches.
What They're Looking For Strong experience in modern JS/TS testing and backend/API validation.
Solid CI/CD ownership and optimisation skills.
Good understanding of Postgres (constraints, indexing, migrations).
Awareness of distributed system failure modes and resilience testing.
Ability to create clear, risk-based test plans and communicate them effectively.
Experience validating AI-driven or generative features.
