Import Logistics Specialist

Drive global supply chain success as an Import Logistics Specialist. This role involves managing international logistics with precision and impact.

* Manage all import orders from placement through to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate customs documentation and compliance.
* Coordinate with international suppliers and freight forwarders to track and manage shipments, identify and mitigate risks across the import process, and support the implementation of process improvements for greater efficiency.
* Collaborate with the finance team to manage and optimise landed costs, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular import activity reports.
* Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and import procedures.
* Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills, ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team, and commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external customer service.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure, excellent analytical and organisational skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.
* Ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers and freight forwarders.
