Our program starts you off with a full week of graduate-specific induction sessions, including a comprehensive introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab.Support: You'll be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges including a buddy from last year’s graduate cohort to answer questions and provide guidanceSupervision: Mentorship by a discipline specific 1:1 Supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working with Better Rehab, including your transition into fulltime work within your new office.
