About the Role As a Village Manager, you'll lead the daytoday operations and strategic direction of a cluster of retirement villages located in Fullarton and Glynde.
You'll create a warm, safe, and highquality environment for residents, provide supportive leadership to a small onsite team, oversee compliance, and act as the main escalation point for village matters.
A core part of your role will be resident engagement and sales - conducting tours, nurturing enquiries, managing the sales pipeline, and guiding prospective residents from first contact through to movein.
You'll foster strong relationships, drive awareness of our retirement living offering, and contribute to a positive, communityfocused culture.Your day-to-day will include: Lead, support and coach Village Liaison team members.
Conduct village tours and manage the full sales process from enquiry to key handover.
Maintain CRM records, nurture leads and complete competitor analysis.
Oversee daytoday operations, resident feedback, incident reviews, and administrative tasks.
Attend Residents' Committee Meetings and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.
Act as the main escalation point for village matters and ensure consistent communication across teams and residents.
About You You're a confident communicator with strong relationshipbuilding and sales capability.
You bring empathy, professionalism, and a solutionsfocused approach to supporting residents and teams.
You balance operational detail with strategic thinking and thrive in a role where community impact and performance go handinhand.
You bring: Certificate III, IV or Diploma in administration, business or similar.
Proven management experience ideally in retirement living, aged care, or community services.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in sales, pipeline management and stakeholder engagement.
Highly organised with strong followthrough and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites.
Proficient with Asana, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
