About the Centre:
Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Cooma! We are a small 46 place centre that thrives on our family grouping environments and our relationships with children. Our small team is very bubbly and friendly, working collaboratively every day — we are passionate educators! We focus on building trusting relationships with children and their families. About the Role
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets.
* Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing skills to strategically increase occupancy.
* Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.
About you
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
* A current Working with Children’s Check.
* Experience in achieving targets and ensuring safety and compliance standards.
