The Role
We are seeking Chefs, Apprentices, and an experienced Sous Chef to join our award-winning culinary teams.
You'll work across restaurant service and large-scale wedding catering, gaining exposure to sustainable, seasonal cooking at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver high-quality food for weddings and restaurant service
* Work with premium seasonal produce from our kitchen garden and local suppliers
* Maintain high standards of food safety, organisation, and cleanliness
* For Sous Chef role: support kitchen leadership, service execution, and team mentoring
What We're Looking For
* Qualified chefs, apprentices at any stage, or experienced Sous Chefs
* Passion for quality food and sustainability
* Weekend availability essential
* Reliable and mobile – own transport required
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment
